3-piece tubes are constructed using an all-paper base with an attached paper lip (inner tube), and a paper cap that fits on top of the lip to be flush with the base when the tube is closed. There is a paper disc on top and on the bottom. The 3-piece tube style is the most popular due to the aesthetically neat flush-fit construction.

Minimum MOQ + USA Based Printing

Our initial efforts to garner a quote from USA based printed for the tubes was met with a 60,000 unit minimum. Additionally, the unit costs would be more expensive. It is possible to negotiate an allotment from the USA based printer who can print tubes quarterly for a total unit run of 100k+ annually therefore reducing unit costs collectively.

For clarity, tube production is organized around scheduled print runs in order to maintain cost efficiency and consistent lead times. The initial production establishes working inventory for launch and distribution.

Filling and packing are completed in approximately 10,000-unit production batches, which supports predictable supply while maintaining flexibility for routine reorders. Product filling is handled in ~10,000 unit production batches, allowing consistent restocking as inventory rotates through distribution.
